13 Weeks 2 Days...Curious!

First pregnancy...Iv been told several times that laying on your left side is easier for you and the baby the breathe. I️ think I️ May Be to that point now to where it’s noticeable. Today, Iv had random short headaches everyone once in a while and heart feels like it’s beating so hard, but not fast. Oddly though, this has only happened as I am laying on the couch watching tv with my head raised up. As soon as I️ turn over to my left side, headache leaves, heart begins to calm. Has this happened to anyone else?? Does this have something to do with my position along with the babies??
