When to bounce on birth ball?

FTM here!!
When can you start using a birth ball? I’m 35 wks and have no idea when I can start using it. After 37?

Whenever you like. Use it instead of a chair. 
It helps get baby onto the right position.

I used to sit on an exercise ball and wiggle my hips.  Simply because it felt gooood.

You can use it whenever you want. The ball won’t put you into labor.

You can sit on a birth ball whenever you want! I try to sit on mine every day for a bit. When I do some low weight arm lifting, I sit on the ball, as well. It won’t do any harm.
