Decreased fetal movement

Kayla

I’m 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I have gotten sick 😔 today I called to inform them they told me to stay rested and hydrated. I’ve done both. I woke up from a nap and had some juice cause I couldn’t feel baby move, I figured she was asleep so I laid down again and I tried to concentrate. Now when I’ve been in to the hospital last week for severe back pain the told me if I don’t feel movements 10 times within 2 hours to call or come in. Is that a long time frame or is it that normal? Even on discharge paperwork it says 10 movements in 2 hours. Thanks for responding I’m a first time mom so this is all new
