Fed up

So I’m 8 weeks pregnant and the guy I’m pregnant by says he wants to be involved but every time I need little things when I’m sick he doesn’t respond or come to try to help me. I’ve told him in the beginning that he doesn’t have to be involved but he insist that he wants to be here but shows me something totally different! Should I just say fuck em and keep doing for myself or take action???
