URGENT PLEASE HELP!!! (My dog)

My dog who is currently nursing her six, one week old puppies somehow got ahold of her vitamins and ate every single one. I took her to the vet yesterday because she was shaking and he told me she had calcium/vitamin deficiencies. He prescribed me a multivitamin for her. She absolutely loved them and was doing all her tricks for them. I guess she liked them too much? I’d estimate that there was about another 80 in the bottle. The problem is that I have no idea when she did it. Also, I live in Mexico so there’s no poison control I can call. She seems totally fine and she’s being her playful energetic self. What do I do?? 😭😭😭
