How much would you spend on hair

I’m unsure what I want done to my hair. Maybe another balayage. I got a balayage two years ago and still have blonde left. It really didn’t look like I wanted. ;( so I found this girl who does hair. I’ve never really thought about it until it happened two years ago that they messed it up if it ends up being $200 how much do I pay for tip? Is $200 good? I don’t usually go to salons so I’m not sure what to do. Thanks! Just wanna make sure I’m good.
