Does anyone experience unexplained hair loss like this??

I have ideopathic intracranial hypertension and papilledema and i don’t think hair loss is a side affect. What cause hair looks like this? Is it normal? All this was from just one wash 🙄🤔 other photo is how long my hair is. My hair used to be really thick but it keeps falling out and thinning 😑

Meant to hit yes. That’s normal hair loss for a shower. 
As mammals it’s a normal process for us to lose hair, it’s more obvious in the shower though which is why it looks like a lot. To be honest I have more than that normally 😬

My hair falls out in huge clumps in the shower! It’s super gross. I don’t really notice it any other times and it doesn’t seem to affect my actual hair on my head (my hairdresser always says how thick it is when I cut it) but it does change seasonally or if I have a bunch of stress, etc and it had started falling out more over the past month too, so I’ll just kinda go with it unless I start noticing an actual balding of my head, hahaha.

Looks like normal hair loss to me. Not a side effect of IIH or papilledema.  That being said, it is a side effect of anemia and of PCOS.
