Vaginal discharge/irritation

I’m 30w 2d, I’ve been having a large amount of discharge. It’s like a whiteish think creamy gunk I didn’t smell any bad odor from it but how much discharge is okay or bad? I mean it’s a lot :0 The other thing is I have irritation down there. I’m not sexually active. At times it iches, but mostly it feels as my clit is the one that is kinda hurting. I tried to feel it down there and when I touched it it hurt it was bothered . I feel around the lips and they feel soar. When I went pee it burned a lot I had to go in the shower. Even then I felt so soar. I don’t know what’s going on. Do any of you have any ideas? I do have an appointment this upcoming Friday 5th.
