UK MUM - is there anything I can take for headaches during pregnancy?

I just need some relief of something. 
Vomiting 
Nausea
Headaches. 
Just one would be wonderful.

You can take paracetamol (they recommend the lowest dose for the shortest length of time). I had the flu when pregnant with my first and I took one tablet before bed for a couple of nights to help relieve the symptoms so I could sleep. If it's a constant thing maybe go to the docs & see what they say?
