Perioral dermatitis??

Question

Anyone have any home remedies for PD been to dermatologist twice first cream made it worse second was over 400$ so never picked it up. Looking for something natural to try.
Tried aquaphor 
Hydrocortisone 
Benadryl cream and pills
Desytin  extra strength 
Vitamin E oil
Running out of options!!!!

I’ve been dealing with PD for about 10 years. Do not apply hydrocortisone creams, it will make it worse when you stop applying it. I found that taking a strong probiotic and washing with Osmia Organics Black Clay face wash helped so much. I also noticed I can’t eat really spicy things because it will aggravate my face. Also, be sure you are going #2 daily. If not, start taking a fiber supplement. This will help detox your skin!

Someone suggested to use fluoride free toothpaste and for some reason this stopped mine. I tried antibiotics for a month but that didn't make a difference. The toothpaste somehow did.
