Sharp pain

Hello ladies.. so some times at night,, always at night actually while im laying down comfy i get this sharp pain under my breast on the side of my left boob. Im 19 recently gained a lot of weight, struggling a lot with weight loss. I eat so much bs. Should i be worried about this?! Like the pain is really fast it happens usually when i take a deep breath,, after it happens or else it will begin hurting again and it’s a really small pain. Has anyone experienced anything similar?!
