Breastpumps -Medela versus Spectra

I’m trying to make a last minute decision. I’m 38 weeks with my first right now. My insurance covers the Medela Pump In Style, although they don’t cover it until after the baby is born, which doesn’t seem like a big deal. However, I’ve heard a lot of negatives about that pump and people are telling me to go with Spectra instead. My insurance doesn’t cover Spectra, I’d be paying out of pocket, but I’m more concerned about making sure I have the right pump so if it’s really that much better I’ll just spend the money on it. Has anyone had experience with both and can give me an opinion? Or even experience with one, positive or negative that can help me decide what to do? Thanks!
