For your second pregnancy and when you started trying... did you start having super early symptoms??

This will be our second baby when we conceive and I'm currently in my fertile period according to Glow. I've had significant breast soreness particularly in my outer breast near my armpits (similar to when I had milk with my first pregnancy) I also have nipple tenderness that just started. And I've been having weird pains near my round ligament??

Am I going insane or has anyone had these symptoms before?! Idk if I'm pregnant but it's super odd!!!!
