LOW MILK SUPPLY! HELP!

so i noticed im not producing as much and i feel really bad becus i wasnt BF much during the holidays as family always wanted her. Now my DD only wants to take the bottle and no boob. She screams and cries like a death cry when i try to get her to latch. :( any suggestions as i noticed im not pumping anything and my breasts are smaller.. have any of you tried Fenugreek or other remedies to increase your supply back?? im not sure what to do.. im a FTM and my DD is 7 weeks.
