Very very faint line followed by negative test?

Question

I took this test yesterday, it wasn't FMU, and it was after receiving 2 liters of IV fluids the night before and peeing all day. It was hard to get a good picture of it, looks darker in person, but the line showed up within the test window and my husband confirmed he saw it too. This morning I took another test with FMU and it was negative. I had a chemical pregnancy in September. Was the first test a dud? Could it be another CP?

Some additional info. We had sex before during and after ovulation in December. My "period" came two weeks early but it was different, it was kinda moderate flow the first day and then light the second day and then just spotting. My periods have NEVER been early, they're either late or don't show up (endo and pcos). My period was originally due after Christmas either the 26th or 29th, I can't remember the exact dates. So I'm wondering if it was implantation bleeding in December and not an actual period?
