Feel down

Hi everyone!

I’m writing because I need some advice, I love my bf but we have been together since one year or I don’t really know, and I don’t know his friends, mom or whatsoever, and that’s a bit strange I think, we talk every day, we see each other, we go out together, he has met my circle, also my mom who’s living in another country, and just came for a short visit, when I need help or something he’s there, if I tell him to brake up he says no, but sometimes I feel insecure what should I do ? I don’t want to be needy or something like that
