has anyone had brown spotting and symptoms coming and going and still had a healthy pregnancy or not

I had this spotting 3 days ago this was from checking inside tmi sorry there was only a tiny bit of brown spotting when I wiped

As you can see this was all that was on my pad after wearing a it all day

I don't know how far along I am I'm anything between 4-8 weeks and my sore breasts are coming and going I don't know what to think I've got a reassurance scan on Monday but I think if I'm having a miscarriage there won't be anything good to find out on Monday 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢
