Should I go to the Dr?

Hello Ladies!!

Okay, so I have been running a 100.6 - 101.3 fever up and down. I feel so weak and have some very dry ugly cough.. I dont know if I should go to my primary to see if I can get something prescribed from them or if I should just rest it out and get something out of the counter. My job requires a drs note but it makes no sense to me since they wont prescribe a thing (at least thats what I think) ..

I am 13 weeks pregnant.
