embryo adoption

I am feeling very anxious for a co worker today. Her and her husband (who both work with me) had their transfer using adopted embryos on the 22nd and they had their test yesterday and are announcing today weather it worked or not. we have been going thru this infertility journey together they had their first transfer using their own embryo right after my first transfer theirs didn't take but mine did and later ended in a 7 week mc I am so anxious for them and I really hope it works for them! anyone have success stories from embryo adotion?
