Sick while pregnant??

Hey all so First off I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow. I work at a preschool as a teacher aid and several kids had 100 degree fevers yesterday. They don't get sent home unless it reaches 101.5 so i was around them all. I constantly washed my hands and used hand sanitizer but I ended up getting 100.3 fever myself with a horrid headache and I also got 8 viles of blood taken out at the docs yesterday 2 hours before I knew I had a fever. I took 2 tylenols and my fever went down and I went home and bought robotussin. I haven't taken it yet but when I went to bed I had a 97.1 and this morning I took my temp 3x and its fluctuating between 95-96. I had the chills last night with 3 blankets on, one heavy comforter one thin comforter and a fuzzy blanket. Should I just keep taking the medicine or should I go to an urgent care??? I was never sick like this with my first only a head cold that lasted a week with a headache and stuffy nose, no fever.
