I began life as a chubby baby and it never went away. By 16 I weighed 190lbs at just shy of 5’4”. I became anorexic and lost 60lbs in 6mos but it also took my hair and sanity.

I moved away to college and started realizing how ridiculously unhealthy I was taught to eat. So I worked on my diet and exercised a bit. I hovered around 145 lbs during the times I was not acutely bulimic.

I got married at 25. That day I weighed 126lbs. By the divorce 2 yrs later I was 170lbs due to being the sole breadwinner and having every at home responsibility also.

After the divorce I ran my butt off to 135lbs and met my now husband. I worked out religiously for two yrs and got married at 126lbs of muscle. For a yr I was stable then I didn’t feel my efforts were supported anymore so I stopped working out and am now at 160lbs. I’ve been struggling for about a year now with getting back on track. Mostly mental. I’m hesitant to become to sucked into weight loss because of my past. But I started an app to track everything. In two days I lost 1.5lbs. I know it’s water weight but I haven’t been able to budge the scale even with massive workouts in six months so it’s a start.
