Tips on production?

I am pumping every 3 hours since my son was born last Tuesday and I can only pump about 3 oz at a time and I can't keep up with my son he wants more then I can give is there anything I can do to help with production? I have tried putting him straight to the breast that hasn't helped I drink like a gallon of water a day and my dr said to buy the malt chocolate ovaltine and I did that I'm drinking it 3 times a day I'm starting to get discouraged that I can't make enough milk for my baby
