I feel so ugly...

Last year i shaved my head and now my hair is barely growing but it’s growing so weird because I have Trichotillomania and I cannot stand to see myself without a wig... I look in the mirror and cry and I don’t know what to do.... I feel so sad And i don’t know how to stop it..
