Thoughts on raspberry leaf tea?

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Would like your insight on the raspberry leaf tea.

Doesn't induce but helps tone and assists with second stage labor. Recommended to take it early.
I started with 1 cup daily from 31w, 2 cups daily from 34w, will go 3x daily at 36 and 4x daily at 38w.
Also assists with uterine help through menstration as well so you can take it outside of pregnancy :) 
There is also belief it assists vbac candidates by strengthening the uterus to help successful vbac delieveries. :)

it doesn't induce but it helps tone your uterus for when it's time. it's really tasty (to me). that's all I got. I don't drink it regularly since I am having a section. but it doesn't hurt anything to have a cup a day. the closet you get to delivery up to 3 cups I think is the recommendation.
