Do these work for post labor recovery?

My hospital gave me ice packs that you crack and they get cold. I think they were like gel pads that don’t get cold until you crack them and then put them in the mesh underwear. They were amazing!

yes yes yes yes yes yes I decided to make them the day I was going in to get induced and I am SO glad I did. I recommend them to every pregnant lady I know!

Ok I’m going to sound very naive. I’m assuming these are pads put in the freezer, so it feels better for post-delivery recovery?
