Spotting after first PP period TMI

Hey ladies! So I am almost two months PP and I finished my period a little over a week ago. Today out of nowhere I got a thick pink/reddish discharge. It was heavier than spotting but not necessarily heavy enough to soak my underwear too much. Sorry if confusing but I’m not sure how to describe it lol. I’m not breastfeeding and the past two days I’ve been feeling little cramps here and there. Very very mild ones. Has anyone else had this type of “spotting” after getting their first PP period?
