This is baby no. 2 for me, I’m due January 22, 2018 but was told she could come any day now and when I got the epidural with the first, I didn’t have anxiety what so ever so it didn’t bother me but now that I’ve developed anxiety over the past 5 years I am more anxious this time around and when I get extremely anxious I become dizzy, faint, unbalanced, just the usual anxiety symptoms, I’m also bit of a wuss when it comes to pain to so I don’t think I’ll be able to birth naturally which worries me because I don’t know how I’m going to handle getting the epidural, I know it has its side effects I’m just scared I’m going to panic because I won’t be in control of my body! I’m also worried my epidural won’t work as it didn’t with my first pregnancy, I felt everything.

Anyone who’s given birth recently and had the epidural? What were your experiences? Did you have anxiety too?
