10DO Spitting Up?

My 10-day-old daughter is EBF and often does a little spit up after feeding. However the last couple of days she’s thrown up a lot of milk, and I can’t work out why. I was told you can’t overfeed a BF baby, but she’s not showing any signs of illness so I don’t understand why it’s started happening! Any ideas?

I asked about this at our two week appointment, my son will be a month Saturday. The doctor said spit up, smaller amounts that isn’t projectile is normal baby belly getting used to everything. I then brought my son in the next week and saw and older doctor whose been practicing for a long time (my ped is new) and he said that where he eats so much (gained a pound in a week 🙈) that the spit up is normal and to just make sure we don’t move him around too much after feeding. He said think about when you over eat, do you want to be bumped around and laid flat on your back and shook around and have a diaper change. 
The spit up also doesn’t seem to bother my son other than sometimes scares him cause he’s almost asleep. I’ll be asking again though at our two month appointment if it is still happening. 
Try to not move your LO until ten minutes after feeding. I have him lay on me for ten minutes or more then move him and that helps with the spit up but sometimes it happens immediately after he finishes eating.
I know everyone says you can’t over feed a breastfed baby but when he immediately spits up and all that milk comes out I think he’s over eaten. He will sleep three hours after spitting up too so it’s not making him hungry to lose that milk.

it's normal, my daughter spit up so much until around 5-6 months, as long as they are not showing discomfort and gaining weight well they're fine.

Possible reflux issue?
Is she crying at all or irritated? 
Anytime a newborn throws up an excessive amount you should take them in to be observed 
It is not a norm for ebf 
Both my children have issues with reflux so just throwing it out there
