Advice needed please

Me and my boyfriend have been together for almost two years, I’m 20 weeks pregnant with our little boy. I’ve been so irritated lately because all he ever does is play video games. Literally from sun up to sun down if he isn’t working. He won’t come to bed with me anymore, instead he stays up until 6 in the morning playing the game. I get upset because I already feel so unattractive due to being pregos and now we are not having sex because he doesn’t want to come to bed at night which makes me feel like he doesn’t want me. We have been in numerous fights over this and I’ve explained to him how I feel about it and he obviously doesn’t care because he hasn’t made any changes. I’ve told him I don’t care if he plays the game during the day because I’m usually up cleaning and doing mommy stuff anyways but by 2 in the morning I would like for him to turn it off and come to bed. He still can’t compromise with that. Nothing is getting done on his part as far as responsibilities and I’m feeling pretty neglected.. :/ what would you ladies do? I’m so lost and tired of being mad at him for it day after day..
