HPV/ Throat ? Please please help !!

I'm constantly worrying about you throat. A year & a half ago, I was assaulted. When I got checked up for everything, all my tests came back clear & my GP told me that I didn't have hpv either. For almost a year now, I've had post nasal drip, my ears slightly hurt sometimes & I have bumps on the back of my throat. Idk what to think of it but ever since the incident, anything I feel is wrong with my body goes back to that. I know hpv can form at the back of the throat too so

1) what if my doctor misdiagnosed since there's no accurate test?

2) how would I be able to tell ?

I'm really worried, not only for myself but I have an amazing long term boyfriend who's been with me through dealing with everything & it just makes me worry about his health as well.

I should also add that's I had mono & right after that cleared up, I was dealing with my throat still kinda being weird. When I had mono I knew why my throat was acting up but now I really don't know & its freaking me out. When I went to doctors they said it's fine....
