Shocking feeling during sex??

Almost every time i have sex with my husband i get this shocking feeling that goes up my ring finger on my left hand. Always the same hand and the same finger. Its hard to explain the feeling exactly but it’s really weird and it just started happening. I am a hairstylist and i do have early stages of carpal tunnel but I’ve had that for almost a year now. I’m almost 20 weeks pregnant but I’m not sure if that would have anything to do with it either.
