Empty gestational sac at 5 weeks 0 days

From my LMP I’m 4 weeks 6 days and I had an early ultrasound due to cramping today and I had a miscarriage in October. The sac is measuring 5 weeks 0 days and everything seems to be in order, but there was no baby or yolk sac. I know they say this is extremely normal and the Dr. said she wasn’t expecting to see anything, I just like to hear other people’s experience! I go back in 2 weeks to see how things progress and I’m hopeful, I was just hoping to be that one person who had a little fetal pole early on 😊
