Finally Engaged! *LONG *

So it finally happened ! HE PROPOSED! Here’s how lol cause it’s funny asf .

Around thanksgiving we had a really bad argument and he wanted to make it up to me so while I was getting my things for my shower I opened the bathroom door and there he was next to the toilet on his knee . I said are you shittin me ..? Lol LITERALLY of Course I said yes . N it isn’t what I’d always dreamed of but hey , at least he tried under the circumstances. So fast forward to a New Year’s eve. I came home from work with some things from the store and he told me to head straight to the kitchen and not to move so I didn’t . When he said so I came to the living room and he had my grandparents marriage bible (they’re both deceased) and 2 angel figures on the table with 3 wrapped gifts ! He gave them to me Accordingly. The first one I unwrapped it was a picture of my grandma and a picture of my grandpa and he said them next to the two Angel figures the second one was a poem that was kind of long but in retrospect it just said that he’s asking me to marry him and he feels he has the approval of grandma and grandpa and the third was a bag that he kept all of my little note some trinkets I’ve given him over the past year and a half and he said that’s why he wants to marry me and then he popped my ring out of his pocket which I didn’t notice wasn’t on my finger all day due to work being busy! We both started crying and he told me that he had it planned all along to give me a crappy proposal first just so it would blow my mind when the real deal happened! If you read all of this, thank you because my fingers appreciate it lol!
