pinching sensation

37 weeks pregnant, i have a pinching feeling right under my boob at the top right of my uterus. it literally feels like someone is pinching me from THE INSIDE. i read that pinching feeling could be a sign of preeclampsia, but my BP has been fine at every appointment, i have no swelling whatsoever. it comes and goes. it doesn’t go away if i rub it or push on it, usually just have to ride it out until it goes away. it lasts about 1-2 minutes but it’s not consistent and the pain just disappears after it’s over. what is going on in there 😅😅
