should i be worried?

ive has sex twice this month, he pulled out and used a condom. i’m on birth control and last week a took a pill like 10 hours too late and i switched bitch control this month to a dose .02 mg higher. i’ve been having cramps and i should now start in like 3 - 6 days. should i be anxious about my period because i am??? & will my period still come around the same time even though i’m on a new bc?

***the only thing making me worry more than usual this month is me switching birth controls & they very tips of my nipples have been hurting really bad but that could just be my body with a new birth control? nothing bad of me being pregnant, right??
