Help!!

Glow predicted that my period is due on the 9th and fertility friendly and other app says I am 3 days late...yesterday I kept getting this pinching feeling type of pain on my ovary and late this morning it started again on and off with pinching back pain that last for few seconds...I woke up after 12 and use the bathroom and went back to bed couldn’t sleep so I took my temp at 1:55am and it was 97.9 I did my bbt conversion to my regular temp time and it says 98.8 should I use the converter bbt or what? And second do u think this is implantation spotting? Or AF? Gonna show my temp chart from yesterday as well
