Waist trainer before and afters?

I'm wanting advice on waist trainers. Which brands work the best and do they actually work? How do they work and how long before you see results. Please post your before and afters if you have any!!

They don’t work. Try eating clean, and the gym. Those require actual work but are the only ways to change the way your waist looks.

I wear a waist trainer while I workout! I like that it gives me that extra sweat and then sometimes I'll wear it on days I don't workout too. honestly I've seen a big difference so I wouldn't say they "don't work" but you defiantly can't just wear one and expect to loose a ton of weight! make sure you're doing other healthy habits as well💖💖
