Working out while pregnant
I’ve been doing intense cardio workouts 3-4 days a week for about 3 years. I’d like to continue throughout my pregnancy, but I’m scared! Should I take a break until my sonogram? Am I okay to continue my fitness regime? I’ve read the recommendations-stating that it’s important to workout while pregnant, but was hoping for some real feedback. I do not have my doc appt until 1/31..any advice would be recommended!
