Depo is making my vagina smell

Hey ladies! I’ve never had Oder down there besides the normal smell. I recently started noticing I smelled down there. Also that I’ve been spotting. When I have sex I still manage to get wet but its not nearly as much as I used to get. What do I do? I’m pretty sure it’s because of Depo since I’ve been doing research. But does anyone experience this too? How do I get rid of the smell? Can I grab anything over the counter or at home remedy? Or can it go away on its own?
