3-4 weeks, having light pink bleeding :(

I done a pregnancy test on 30th of dec came as negative, I tried doing it back on the 2 jan it came out positive also took 2 more tests on the 3,4 came also positive. 3y ago I miscarriages:(. I started today very light pink bleeding :/ am worried that it can be another miscarriage. My belly feels bloated and a bit uncomfortable. I noticed the light bleeding after wiping my self but now I can see a bit on my pad am scared it will go heavy :(. Anyone has or had anything similar?
