Anyone else get super stuffed and feel sick and eating just small portions?
I had three pieces of toast this morning because I felt like I was starving to death! After I finished, I was so full I felt sick. It’s been 3 1/2 hours and I’m still so full I can’t even think about food, even though it’s almost lunch time. How am I supposed to get all my portions of all the food groups recommended for pregnant women at this rate? I’ve never exactly been super healthy and specifically eaten certain portions of fruits and veggies daily, but I’m not a huge junk food eater either. Now that I’m pregnant, I want to try and get most of my nutrients from the food I eat. I feel like I am already failing at it being so full after eating small portions
