quick, healthy meals?

Anyone have any healthy, quicks meals i could make? Im trying to lose some weight and have a 1 and a half year old who i spend all my time trying to keep out of trouble lol. I find myself eating ramen, ready meals or cereal bars just because its quick and doesnt require standing at the stove while trying to watch my girl in the other room. Maybe something i can batch cook and freeze too?
