Breast pain

Hi all! I’ve been suffering with really bad breast pain for the last 3/4 days. Usually I get it about a day or two before my period but that’s not even due for another week to a week and a half, and even still it’s NEVER this bad. I don’t think I’m pregnant as me and my boyfriend haven’t been getting on that great over Christmas so we haven’t had sex much at all, and when we have had sex he pulls out in plenty of time (don’t judge, we have been doing this for about 4 years following miscarriages with the mindset of “if it happens, it happens”). Has anyone ever had extremely bad breast pain for any other reason other than pregnancy before? Thanks in advance for your help xx
