Announcing, your thoughts?

Question

We had our first ultrasound on Thursday and doctor said everything looks perfect! Heartbeat was 176. This is our rainbow baby. Lost our first one at 9 weeks. We won’t have another ultrasound until 19 weeks for gender. Do you think it’s safe to announce to everyone else? Our family already knows.

Something can always happen (a friend just had a stillborn baby, for example) so if you’re worried about having to possibly share bad news, it’s technically always a risk. So it’s really up to you when you want to share the news. 
At least having a good ultrasound where baby has heartbeat and is clearly seen is a good sign.

We announced on New Year's Eve to the world. We told our families right away due to 2 previous miscarriages. We were just over 13 weeks when we announced. As nervous as we have been all we want is to be excited! I'm 14 weeks and 3 days now and I'm happy we announced. 
I think you should announce whenever you're ready ❤
