NO GYM? NO PROBLEM! Built this body with home workouts ONLY! πŸ’―

I've learned that anything is possible with a little hard work , motivation ,and dedication. After I had my son it was so hard for me to stop eating for two. I loved scarfing down delicious foods, and I couldn't stop. I ate out 3 times a day and I didn't workout at all. I didn't like the way I looked after I had my son. I felt unattractive and disappointed in myself that I just let myself go. My husband didn't mind, but he saw how miserable I was. My husband suggested that I start working out. I didn't have the energy to workout after I had my son. I was so tired all the time and just felt useless. I forgot what is was like to have a baby. This was my second child but with my daughter it was much easier to bounce back since I was only 16 when I had her, I'm 28 now.

One night my husband told me he wanted to take photos of me. Of course I was quick to say heck no, but eventually he took pictures. After looking at the photos I immediately started tearing up. I felt so ugly.I didn't look the way I once did and it was horrible. My husband told me," you don't like the way you look right?" You want to make a change?" You want to feel good about yourself but also look good?" Keep this feeling with you and do something about it.". " You need to work hard and you can make a huge change babe"

His words were exactly what I needed to hear. My eating habits changed a little. I cook more now but I still have my moments where I want to eat out. I simply told myself FUCK this, you're going to get off your ass and workout. No more being too lazy or too tired. NO EXCUSES. If I could get up to go buy food, than I sure as hell can workout.I felt determined to get my body back! I got off my ass and stopped feeling sorry for myself and I made a change! I started working out at home. It was a test to myself. I wanted to see if working out at home really makes a difference. So my journey began.

I started January 1, 2017. I worked out for a whole month straight , no days off. I didn't eat out at all that whole month either. I was so determined to sweat as much as I could. Every workout was intense and I felt so good being covered in sweat. I felt like a champion. After the first month of working out I continued to workout but only 4-5 times a week. My workouts were 35-45min long. I enjoyed my rest days and listen to my body when I'm feeling to sore or tired. Even now, some days I still feel lazy and too tired to push myself, but I remember the feeling I felt inside the day my hubby took photos of me and I do not want to feel that way again. I'm not perfect and I'm still trying to figure out on how to keep fitness apart of my life. I love seeing progress and I never thought home workouts would be so effective. It's been one hell of a journey but I'm glad I was able to push myself and not give up. My son will be 2 in March and I've been working out at home for a year now. I'm trying to be as persistent with my workouts as I can!Who says you need a gym membership to look good. Home workouts all the way! πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸ»β˜ΊοΈβœŒπŸ»οΈπŸŽ‰πŸ˜…πŸ€—

Believe me I know how hard it is to get started on fitness. It's not something that can just happen over night! It's going to be a long road of hard work. You have to want to change and be a better you! It's okay to fail when you start your fitness journey because your body isn't used to it and your mind is telling you to give up. Don't give up! Keep pushing and try again! Every day is a new day to be great and start new goals. You're all beautiful !

Put on some music and have fun with your workouts πŸ€—πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻 anything is possible. Start small and enjoy your workouts. Don't think of working out as a punishment. Think how BOMB you're going to look after!! The end result is all you should be focused on! Good luck to all you ladies on your fitness/weight loss journeys! I HOPE ALL YOU LADIES FIND THESE VIDEOS USEFUL/Helpful

-I don't do each video every time I work out. I use different workouts from each one and I make my own full body workout. I basically watch these videos to get an idea of what workout to do next.

***Tips that worked for me

-What really helped me in my journey was to take photos! Either naked or in a bra and underwear. This helped me really see my whole body. I love seeing my monthly progress! When you take photos and compare every month you start to notice your progress.

- I don't have a "leg" day or "ab" day! Every workout I do is full body. I make sure I'm working everything out. Also when I workout I do every workout slow to contract my muscles. I really saw a difference once I started taking my time with each workout.

-Use Weights!!!!You won't look like a body builder I promise! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…

-Most importantly have fun
