6 weeks 4 days spotting

Ugh I have had two instances of spotting this pregnancy and it’s driving me crazy! It is so stressful for about an hour, and then I relax once it’s gone. No cramps and definitely not bright red blood, but ugh. Have any of you ladies experienced this in early pregnancy?
