When will I miscarry?

I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant. Over the past two weeks my HCG levels went from 19 to 32 to 68 and last was 50 on Thursday (1/4). My progesterone went from 15 down to 4. I know this is ending in a miscarriage but why haven’t I started spotting or bleeding yet? No other symptoms. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this so I know what to expect... waiting for this to happen is making me so anxious and sad 😔

So sorry you're going through this. With my miscarriage I spotted/bled for about 3 weeks. It was really only heavy for a few days but was consistently clotted, until I passed the baby. We were 8-9 weeks but suspect baby stopped growing at 5-6 so there wasn't much there but knew what it was when it came out. It was horrible, but for me atleast it worse emotionally than physically.

I never miscarried. I ended up having a missed miscarriage and had to have a d&c.; My body had no idea my baby died. So, I had no symptoms and only found out Bc I went In for an ultrasound. So sorry.

Thank you everyone. I had a little bit of blood for the first time when I wiped today. So maybe this is a good sign that things are starting to happen naturally. Hoping it all clears out soon 🙏🏻

I'm very sorry for the pain you're going through both physically and mentally. There is no way to determine when you will actually miscarry. You can ask your OB-GYN to do a D&C;
