Girls name Charlie, after her dad ?

My husbands name is Charles of course we all call him Charlie , I’m pregnant with our second daughter and will be our last child, he wants us to name her Charlie (unisex name) my family all think it’s a great idea and his family as well. I’m not against the name but just feel it’s a little weird a little girl being named the same thing as her dad , anyone else named after there dads? lol let me know what you think !! Thanks!!!

I LOVE it and would totally name my daughter Charlie! My husband’s name is Charlie and if we decided to do this I would absolutely. We actually know a little girl named Charlie and she’s a doll. When she met my husband she said “that’s a girl’s name”! So cute. 
I love Charlotte, too. But Charlie is so cute and sweet. I’d use a very feminine middle name with it.

I love it. We actually plan on doing something similar if our baby is a girl. My husband’s name is Frank. If the baby is a girl, we are going to name her Francesca and call her Frankie.
