Struggling

My husband had a long distance relationship with another women the first six months of our marriage and i didn’t know. I started going through his phone and found he’s been stalking chicks on Instagram telling his buddies he’s “triggered” and an entire feed about cheating. None of these women even look like me. I had confronted him and he said he wouldn’t do it again and it’s just guy talk. I just saw that he is doing it again. Keep in Mind he constantly is pointing out my flaws, calls me fat, bashed me in front of his friends and family but says he’s joking. What do you all think? Faithful? Unfaithful? Just a douche?
