Quick question ladies
Hey mommas
This is my second baby but my 1st was born via emergency c section so this is my first time experiencing a vaginal birth. I did have two second degree tears. I had my baby 10 days ago and I’ve heard about sitz baths to help with the pain and such. Is it safe with my stitches ? And what exactly do I put in the bath to consider it a sitz bath? And other forms of relief that you lady’s have would be great! Thank you 😊
